Wednesday 16th March 2022
On Wednesday an enthusiastic football team travelled to Brownlow Integrated College for a tournament organised by their Year 12 pupils. The team had to made up from P5 and P6 children and include two girls, with at least one girl on the pitch at all times! Our team were extremely competitive against the other local ‘big’ schools and they came away with 1 draw, 2 wins and 2 defeats. They missed out on the semi-final match by 1 point. Our goal scorers were Matthew, Ethan and Henry.
Huge congratulations to Connie, Ethan, Harrison, Henry, Jay, Matthew and Tara. They were a super representation of how competitive Clare P.S. can be on the sports field.
