We recently welcomed Rok who is a scientist with the Royal Institute of Science into our school. Rok demonstrated lots of interesting experiments for the children and they were keen to get involved as his assistants. We were delighted to see so many parents and younger siblings at our Community Show in the afternoon and thank you for your support. The teachers of Clare Primary School attended a staff Continued Professional Development session with Rok after school.
It certainly was a day of very impressive outcomes with whizzes, pops, bangs and even some flames. We have lots of ‘mad scientists’ in the making in Clare Primary School!
