On Saturday Elsa (P7) and Will (P6) represented Clare PS at the Ulster Schools’ Swimming Championships in Aurora, Bangor. Elsa swam extremely well in her butterfly and back stroke heats, narrowly missing out in a place in the final for both strokes. Will swam competitively in his front crawl and back crawl, gaining PBs but just missing the qualification times for the Irish Championships. We are immensely proud of these swimmers, who train very hard to compete at such a competitive event.
